• Usage data: device information and how you interact with the Service.

• To provide the Service and generate your AI-driven educational insights.
• To process subscriptions and payments.
• To improve and secure the Service.
• To communicate with you, including newsletters you opt into.

3. We do not sell your health data

We do not sell your personal health data. We share data only with service providers who help us operate the Service, and only as needed.

4. Payment processing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your payment card details are handled directly by Stripe and are not stored on our servers. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to applicable law, by contacting privacy@beyondcalories.com. We will delete your account data on request except where we are required to retain certain records (for example, billing records) by law. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations.
