Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with the Metabolic Intelligence Membership. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.
1. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, your membership remains active until the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again.
2. Monthly subscriptions
Monthly payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has begun, but you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges. If you were charged in error, contact us and we'll make it right.
3. Annual subscriptions
If you cancel an annual subscription within 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you keep access through the end of the paid term.
4. AI credits and one-time reports
Purchases of AI credits and one-time reports are non-refundable once the credits have been used or the report has been delivered, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Unused AI credits may be eligible for a refund at our discretion — contact us to request a review.
5. Billing errors and duplicate charges
If you believe you were charged incorrectly or charged more than once, contact us within 60 days and we'll review and refund any verified error.
6. How to request a refund
Email billing@beyondcalories.com with your account email and order details. We typically respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
