Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Beyond Calories website, app and the Metabolic Intelligence Membership (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Beyond Calories, Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Beyond Calories is an AI-powered metabolic health platform that lets you track inputs such as meals, body composition, weight, exercise, medications, peptides, supplements and lifestyle behaviors, and provides AI-generated educational insights. The Service provides educational wellness information only and is not a medical device or a substitute for professional medical care.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• The Metabolic Intelligence Membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly or annually.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for each renewal.
• You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. No medical advice

The Service does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and does not provide medical advice. You should always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any medication, peptide, supplement, hormone or treatment decision. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something you read or see on the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Your data

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle your data.

7. Intellectual property

All content and software in the Service are owned by Beyond Calories or its licensors and are protected by law.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beyond Calories is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
